Terms and Conditions:

 

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions, please do not use this service.

 

By accepting your personalised sleep plan and using our site you hereby consent to its terms and conditions of use and agree to the following:

  • Follow safe sleep practices in line with SIDS recommendations in line with AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations, which can be found on: https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/138/5/e20162938
  • Disclose any medical conditions your child has to the sleep consultant at The Nurtured Sleep Co. Should your child have any medical conditions you agree to seek clearance from your GP/Paediatrician to ensure that they can be sleep trained safely. This must be submitted prior to any sleep plan being issued or phone/home consults commencing.
  • The customised sleep plan received is meant for your child only and should not be shared with any third parties. You acknowledge that the information provided is only suitable for your child.
  • Information provided can be used in case studies. No personal identifiable information will be used and all names will be changed
  • Payment is due before sleep plan is prepared and sleep plan will not be written unless payment was received
  • Any changes to your child’s sleeping and eating routine are implemented by you at your own responsibility and advice given by the sleep consultant at The Nurtured Sleep Co should never be a substitute for seeking medical advice from a qualified health professional where necessary
  • At all times are you responsible for your own physical and mental health and well-being and that of any minor for whom you act as a legal guardian

Refunds and cancellations:

  • Once the sleep plan is prepared and sent, no refunds will be given
  • Should the client wish to withdraw from the service before the sleep plan is prepared a full refund will be given if the cancellation occurred a full 48 hours prior to a scheduled phone/email/home consultation
  • Should cancellation occur within less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled phone consultation, 50% of the consult fee will be refunded, provided that that the sleep plan has not yet been prepared
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@thenurturedsleepco.com.au
  • For your child’s sleep to improve, advice needs to be followed consistently. Should you not follow advice given and your child’s sleep does not improve, no refunds will be given
  • The Nurtured Sleep Co is not responsible for the outcome if sleep advice is not followed consistently
  • It is your responsibility to update sleep logs daily so your sleep consultant at The Nurtured Sleep Co can review prior to any scheduled phone consultations. This is to ensure that they can be assessed in depth by your sleep consultant.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thenurturedsleepco.com.au

Privacy Statement :

The Nurtured Sleep Co collects your personal information solely for the purposes of writing a custom sleep plan or attending an in-home visit or providing relevant information or service to you. Information collected includes but is not limited to your name, child's name, age and date of birth, contact details and address where relevant. Other information may be collected to help provide this service and information. We will not disclose personal information to any third parties without your permission unless we are legally bound to do so.

The information (including without limitation, advice and recommendations) and services provided by The Nurtured Sleep Co are intended solely as a general education aid and are neither medical or health care advice for any individual problem nor a substitute for medical or other professional advice and services from a qualified health care provider familiar with your medical history. Information and services provided are not intended to be used for medical diagnosis or treatment; professional health advice should be sought for any medical treatment or diagnosis.


Information and services are provided in good faith and as such The Nurtured Sleep Co will not be held liable for any error, misinformation or usefulness of that information or service.
